Universal Management Services, Inc. corporate staff supervises and monitor all on-site staff. Although we do not micro manage, frequent visits are made to ensure sites are providing professional and efficient service to the residents and the public. Progress reports and evaluations are prepared and submitted. Our property management division oversees the day-to-day operation of all properties, including but not limited to monitoring and approving expenditures, collections, maintenance productivity, preparation of budgets for owner and/or HUD approval, assess the properties needs for capital improvements and submits monthly reports to keep owners well informed of what took place on their property(ies) in any given month.
